SciFiantasy GB Rules For 2024:

– To ensure a fair and level playing field, participants must enter a new kit. No previously started kits will be allowed. Let’s all begin this cosmic journey on the same foot!
2. **Defining a Build:**
– A build can take various forms – a kit, 3D printed creation, or scratch-built masterpiece. Mere assembly or printing out a file is not sufficient; a genuine build involves hands-on work such as sanding, filling, gluing, painting, and more.
3. **Sci-Fi and Fantasy Unleashed:**
– Your build must be related to science fiction or fantasy. Whether it’s from Star Trek, Aliens, Ghost Busters, or any other realm within these themes, your creativity knows no bounds. For any uncertainties, reach out to us at hobbylinkinternational@gmail.com for guidance.
4. **Diverse Options:**

– Each completed build will be featured in an article on Hobby Link International’s main site. Share your extraterrestrial and fantastical creations with the modeling community.

– While HLI Community membership is not mandatory, we encourage you to join and share the progress of your build with the community. The more, the merrier!
7. **Live YouTube Stream in 2025:**
– In January 2025, a live YouTube stream will be organized to showcase everyone’s hard work. Stay tuned for a visual feast of science fiction and fantasy builds!
Photo Entries For Articles And The Live Show:
8. **Submission Guidelines:**
– Submit 5 to 15 pictures of your build to have it featured on the main site and in the live stream.
– Ensure a clean background for optimal viewing.
– Number order your pictures in a three-digit format for organizational ease.
– Submit pictures to hobbylinkinternational@gmail.com.
– Alternatively, post your completed builds on the HLI Community Annual Group Build Showcase.
9. **File Size Considerations:**
– Reduce the file size of your pictures to 1MB if possible to save space on our servers.
